Nice house but there needs to be a reception hall of some sort. Guests walking in directly on hardwood or carpet will ruin the flooring. Nowhere to hang coats and jackets not a space for the 'Cobbler's At Home" at the end of the evening.
Love the porch, fireplace, need a swimming pool too & a lady lair & fenced nice size lot too, you should make this a 🎮 people would download it or sell it to a real estate developer
What about a L-shape house design the land area is 210 sq m and the lot looks like a triangle. The back is wider than the front. How can you make a house plan with that lot? Thanks
Can you make 2 storey house with 4 bedrooms in an 80sq floor area. 2 bedrooms, a laundry area beside the toilet and a porch in the ground floor. Thank you.
It will depend on the location's local policies though. In Philippines, in a residential area, this will require at least 14.7 by 16 meters considering (2 meters setback for all sides except for front which is 2.5m).
