Personally I think u look fantastic. We have to stop telling ourselves that if I just looked like this or that I would feel better about myself. U r so sweet, nice hard working and funny and once u start not allowing yourself to think if u were thinner u will be happy. Ask yourself why u have so many people subscribe to u. It’s because of who u r right now not when u lose weight. It’s awful that we do that to ourselves. Start telling yourself a few things every morning that u like about yourself even if u don’t believe it just yet. Say it like u mean it. When u look at another person do u think if only they were 20 lbs lighter or were taller or cuter or whatever. No u think that’s a nice person or funny person so remember people aren’t criticizing u when they c u. I love u just the way u r.❤❤❤
Hey Elijah, it's ok if you get thrown off-track. Just get back on. I've got chronic health issues, but without exercise atm, I've lost about 50 pounds. Still need to lose enough more, but I feel so much better than before. Unfortunately, my issue is medical and the medications add to it. Fun. Lol. You'll get where you want to be. Tbh, you look in good shape. You have to be happy though. Just remember to talk to yourself as you wpuld your sister, Kale, etc if they were in your place. We tend to be harder on us.
I can see that you lost weight and after watching your previous videos up to now, you really have lost the weight. My body just feels so great now that I have lost weight. I’m 5’8 and went from 180 pounds down to 143 pounds within 7 months just this year. You can do it just keep up on your routine and even if you skip it’s okay our body deserves a break from working out. Your doing good.
Keep full range of motion. All the way down all the way up. Maybe cut down the weight and slow it down. Weight might be best to count calories. But yeah good job with the running and biking but can't outrun a bad diet.
You're right, good form is key I’m always trying to get batter at that. I count my calories & I’m vegan so I don’t really eat that bad but on days that I don’t workout I’m way over my cals because my workout alone burns around 1,500 😳
