Hi I just purchased a parkoometer parking meter and noticed that squad metal piece that you use to wind the main spring isn't there. All I see is the hole where it should be. How can I wind it??

There are two key styles for the windup mechanism as I just discovered on my meter from Mr. Wolf. There is a male or female key to fit into the hole.

I have a Carl Magee Parking meter ‘’Park-O-Meter’’, trouble is: no key! It’s a round barrel (with a round key i suppose. Is there any way to pick this lock? II just watched your video about how to install the meter on a poll with the ‘’jaws’’ (i don’t have those either), but can’t access the bolt inside, as i cannot open the meter. Any suggestions?
