I enjoyed watching your video --- I found a paperclip and a coin in the filter however I had the more major problem of removing a clog of fabric from the outlet hose at the sink ubend. All removed - all fixed thank you
I had the E18 error too but I totally cannot unscrew the white cap. It turned a bit to the left and just refuses to move further. I am not sure what to do now.
@@bcscornerstone Hey thanks! Didn't have pliers but use a spanner to gently do it and it worked. Found a ring and coin and plastic in it. Machine working now. Yay!

@@wem-c9f try using a pair of pliers to grip and turn it but be careful!
