when people say first choice they dont mean someone to choose for life and death situation, first choice means who is the first person who comes to your mind first thing in the morning almost everyday, it could be family, friends, crushes, teachers anyone, but generally work place environment people. first choice also means the irreaplacable, when you have a best friend and he left to another school, you just feel empty without them and it seems hard to replace them or you even can't at all, that is first choice. people always say "i wanna be someone's first choice" and honestly it kinda saddens me, it just pains me that these people have no one in their life that think they're important, they feel like there is someone better and their friends could definitely replace them(the mf is also me)
