This house is awesome I built it in some snowy mountains in a survival smp world and in living in it
It reminds me of Skyrim and I love it
I did make some adjustments tho, mainly to make it more practical for survival and the grass roof doesn’t look very good on bedrock

since i didnt have the grass connected textures i used moss instead, works just as well!

Victorian house tutorial plss
Im building this in my survival world r but I can't seem to find a way to get the grass blocks on the roof, I don't have silk touch
You can use dirt instead and then make a little staircase/ramp out of dirt so the grass on the ground can spread to it

Ah wish I can build the roof in bedrock lol it just looks off not being full grass blocks
13:25 I HATE THIS PART! So bad. Ok since this is a work station us guys know we like to be alone when working... isolated so we can make our visions how we see them on solo projects. Rather than a table that goes over the wall limit and looks ugly. Do the same 3 long table but where the last stone wall is. instead of the slab at the middle use a spruce trap door and make sure it opens downward so you can give the appearance that it is like a realistic open close countertop. Also replace the wall with a stone brick block to make it look more flush with the rest of the build. The wall was an awkward corner piece anyways
I'm not even half through the video and realized I did it 11 blocks long instead of ten and I'm scared I'ma screw it up

Not criticizing your build but vikings didn't have grass roofs they had wood
Tbh my grandparents had a "longhouse" and the roof was made of grass on their property that my great grandparents had lived in.
most houses had timber frames but, where wood was scarce, stone and turf were also used as construction materials. The walls were often made of wattle and daub or timber planking, with a grass roof. The floor was either flagged with stones or beaten earth.

How does one get invisible item frames
Texture pack, I basically just opened up the item frame texture and erased it

@@piercechapman5538 another option: I've seen another user place pressure plates over the item in the frame to make it blend in...it might work if you use the "crouch" placement mode.

hey man im new to the channel and i would like a welcome gift that would be a house on top of a mountain a cozy nice wooden house not too small not too big but with everything that i minecraft survival house needs and im asking this because i want to do it when the new cave and cliffs update comes out so if you see this pls make the house.
