That sir is some SERIOUS workmanship I mean to pull that out of a field and paint it black took some serious body work cause we all know black shows every wave, ripple, bump, hump and any other imperfections granted you got alot of new metal still you guys did a beautiful job that truck should be in the Smithsonian so future generations can see what a true classic vehicle looks like, helluva job.
It's challenging enough to do a restoration, but to do one to build sheet specs takes a special talent and dedication. Proud of my Boca Boys! Great Job!
WOW!!! Great job on that Chevy! Only thing is now is that I'd be afraid to drive something that looks that nice. I'd be mortified the first time I thru something into the back of the truck and scratched the bed. What a beautiful 4x4 just the same. Well done guys!!!! Well done!!
These wwere our dailhy drivers back in the day. Gas station i worked at had 2f new 68s. Cst. 327 one auto the other stick had a ball as teen going on cacalls with a 10k. Truck
Should'nt have wasted any time on that cab. If you're going to put that much work into it. Should a acid washed the whole thing. If you think corrosion is not under that paint, thank you again. That's a lot of work, for a,........... Well I enjoyed the rest of the video. Great photography!!! 👍🇱🇷 The music is tolerable. And nobody can argue with the end results!!! 👍🇱🇷 I work on all the old 2-stroke motorcycles. Street, dirt, enduro, and racing. Help these old oil burners, brought back to life. So I can appreciate, the character return it back to stock. I get it. Great job 👍🇱🇷 "Nothing Beats A classic"
My good 👍 friend Bick Bickerstaff & Chad Reddoch were the greatest mechanics on my 1984 Chevrolet Silverado classic 4+4. B&B gear ⚙️ & Powertrain! Columbus,ga. Chad Reddoch is still my mechanic 👨🔧!! The greatest! RIP BICK!!!
I know that all the TH-cam comments are car videos start with “well I used to have…..”. In this case the CST’s were very rare and cool. CST stood for “Commercial Supersonic Transport”. Obviously a concept that has yet to be realized
Very nice craftsmanship. Couldn’t help but notice someone tried to weld the leaf spring hanger brackets on. That was an engineered connection for carver rivets and not meant to be welded. Open C - section frames need rivets, boxed C-section frames can accommodate welded on leaf spring hangers. Regardless outstanding job on the resto-mod
I can appreciate keeping it original looking outwardly, and it looks great, but if she were mine, some different wheels and perhaps some spacers to bring them out a tickle would give it a whole other look. Great job.
Very nicely done! I just picked up a 1970 C10 4x4 SWB from California. It's a 1 owner farm truck with minimal rust but used and abused! I was wondering if you can share with me the paint you used on the NP 205 transfer case? I've heard guys online using red primer and clear coating them.
You’ve done a beautiful job but you need to learn how to put your driveshafts in phase if you don’t it prematurely wears out you joints and causes vibration
Did a Bickerstaff have that restored? Just wondering because I know them and as my dad would say, "they're richer than 6 foot up a bulls ass" and have a great collection of classic cars, just wish they would do something with their 57 Chevy and baby bird,, poor things are tarpet up in a barn : (
@@user-ge2qn6gp4o Not trying to troll, I only commented because the restoration went to great lengths to duplicate every little detail of a brand new, factory showroom fresh, `69 K10, then he switched it from a 4 speed manual (on the window sticker)to an automatic. That's a pretty big departure from the discipline; I just wondered why.

Absolutely the amount of detail that went into this restoration is staggering. What an Amazing job!!! Hats off to this gentleman!!!

Words don't do it. What a build...

Except that was done by a man in Athens GA and not by the channel posting it
Ready for the show room floor. Very well done. Trucks were made to be a truck... excellent work.
Another mind-boggling resto. You people are at the top of the pyramid.
Chevrolet Like 👍 a ROCK!!! The heartbeat of America 🇺🇸!!
Nicest stock rebuild that I think I've ever seen?!

Nice paint can be stressful.
Remarkable when trucks were trucks
Great looking truck and the 2nd to the last pic with the bigger BFG’s and rally wheels sets it off.
👉 You geniuses of auto restoration are truly insane 👏👌
Cool old truck. The very best era of GM trucks.
What a great way to spend your time. And the creativity is outstanding.
WOW 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 awesome job 👍 seriously gorgeous truck inside and out. Real head turner ❤️ 🔥🔥🔥 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 🙏
It’s a beautiful job

Looks amazing. A little elbow grease & some good workmanship goes a loooong way! o7
Good build, but you should have restored the original fenders.
Purty nice bowtie ya made there. Blue oval love to your skills.
Your attention to detail is amazing , very nice work ,

Very nice job !!!

Yep , the rear axels on these trucks are 3 in narrower
Most excellent job
Stunning, wow!

When it's better than factree
I can tell you went to government School You misspelled Factory
@@boblongdickder6178 I can tell you're not the smartest either because of your grammar.

Pretty good
Amazing. Great job!
Where did you get your replacement body pannels from and how do you like the quality?
Who ever read this.. am trying to help my aunt sell his husband Chevrolet 66 Chevy C/10
How much did it bring ?
Did you bing an old plant worker to do those markings with the white crayon?
Lol , maybe just grew out his sideburns and wore some bell bottoms
Awesome job!! I'm doing one for a friend right now. Not far off from your restoration. How long did it take you? Again Awesome job
How's the restoration going?
wow, another beautiful restoration. to bad it will be to expesive to drive it. should have shoved in a high mileage engine instead of the 350.
To expensive really if somebody gave you a brand new Bugatti would you drive it or just sit there and look at it
You're kinda special, aren't you.
Nice resto, I'd love to hear what it sold for.
me too.
How long this project took

The sticker price 5100 and change lol😬
Crazy ! And nowdays any decent running ones worth that
You’ve done a beautiful job but you need to learn how to put your driveshafts in phase if you don’t it prematurely wears out you joints and causes vibration
What does that mean ?
Did a Bickerstaff have that restored? Just wondering because I know them and as my dad would say, "they're richer than 6 foot up a bulls ass" and have a great collection of classic cars, just wish they would do something with their 57 Chevy and baby bird,, poor things are tarpet up in a barn : (
I did not know they had cst in 4x4
I don't think they did.
They totally did , im in the middel of a 69 k10 cst 4x4 resto (although not as involved as the one in video)
All it needs is a set of 15x10 rally wheels with some mud tires!
Shoulda kept the patina
A stickler for chalk markings and ac decals b5ut put an automatic in instead of the four speed?
Not everyone wants a lame automatic.

Discs were not tavailable in 69. Came 71
Good point , i was thinking same thing . Youd think that more buyers would prefer the four speed?
👍🇸🇦
How much? And would you do a restoration on a 78?
How much do you estimate you spent?

All these rebuilds nobody does a 77, 78 or 79 f150 4x4 complete rebuild. Is it because that nobody can do a Ford rebuild
Restoration WHAT? SHOW HOW IT'S DONE. NOT the parts & completed item only.
Someone knows some schitt
