The new system videos and options are not complete. However due to so many requests, I have made one of the new systems available here:

This looks like a really great product. How easy is it to convert to CNC?

Our new controllers are much easier to control through CNC. An isolation board is required. We are working on bolt on CNC systems now. New systems take a long time in R&D before being released.

@@danielmartin382 Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I put an order in for this upgrade last night. When I get it, I will do some experimenting to see if I can connect it to my CNC. Can't wait to get this, should be a very cool upgrade.

@@DominicUliano Your system is complete and ships out tomarrow. My printer sh-t the bed right after printing the shipping label so no paperwork in the box.
Also I need to remake the video because: There is a huge improvement to the motor mount. Also the spacer is no longer used or supplied.
When building yours, notice how the Sherline pulley is in the above video. It came reversed on many Sherline lathes.
To reposition the pulley on the Sherline spindle just file a small flat for the set screw in the new location. I will update the video if/when I find time.

@@danielmartin382 Sounds good and thanks for sending out so quickly. I'll contact you through your website if I have any questions when I assemble it to my lathe.

Hey do those servo motors need any maintenance?? Will they last for a long time if not abuse them?? Do you ship to Europe/Greece?

These motors were originally built to run the textile industry in China. They run 24/7. I have been running many for 3 years each in my shop.
Oversize bearings, No brushes, no failures. Running under 500 rpm's under heavy load builds heat because the fan is running too slow.
In this circumstance you need an extra heat sink.
I currently do not ship to Europe but you can use a US address reship service. Maybe open a franchise and I can drop ship you stock tariff free.

@@danielmartin382 you mean extra heat sink to the motor or to the board?? will a 12v pc fan work on both?

In rare circumstances, I use an extra heat sink thermally bonded to the side of the motor. No fan needed.
No need for an extra heat sink to the board as this is already done on our systems. However certain chips do require a heat sink on all other brands@@ThanasisThomas
