This is why Dom is the worlds greatest athlete.
And for those who need a convincer-go to a swimming pool that has a tower with three platforms. A 5 m, a 7 m and a 10 m which is the one at the top.
Climb to that top platform and look down at the water. Envision that water being sand and you are going to run from the back of that platform out into space,through the air while maneuvering a front flip and land in the sand below. Unbelievable! I have seen many things in my 67 years of life. But never this.

I'm from the world of diving, where one of the legends, Sammy Lee, did training off the one meter board to a pile of sand. Now doing platform diving, almost from the olympic 10 meters to sand, that is insane ❤ Love Dom ❤️

Actually, if this were an Olympic sport, this is the Gold Medal. It's going to be a long time and a lot of Olympic cultural changes and enlightenment, before this kind of freestyle, free-location athletics can become an Olympic event or similar. But until then, history has been written: this front flip is the Gold Medal. Dom's Gold Medal.

I was standing on a 8m platform today demolishing the side wall of a house and the thought of jumping down in any capacity is utterly insane, this was 10m. Mental my man, but fair play for demonstrating the absolute upper limits of the human bodys capabilitys. Incredible.

I know exactly where that frontflip spot is in Grugabad in Essen. If you stand up there you would think it‘s impossible. Imagine standind on a 10meter platform but not jumping into the water but on sand. Unreal, best frontflip due to height I‘ve ever seen by far 🎉

What a couple of beasts. It's not just about the skills and strength they have, but the giga-brain to overcome the mental barrier to achieve what seems impossible. This one could be on the Guinness records for a long long time.
I know everyone else has said it already, but you and schlappen is the most entertaining collaboration out of all the ones ive seen.
I saw a video filmed somewhere in 2007, where a Russian lad made a gainer from a huge bridge into the sand, it was about 8-9 meters. It’s very cool to see that today parkour athletes continue to do frontflips/backflips from great heights onto sand, grass, etc.

I just learned at age 32 how to front flip off a 3m diving board into water. I was terrified, but told myself that if Dom could do it from 3 times as high onto sand I'd be perfectly fine. Ended up doing 50+ jumps.

As ze Germans say: only schlappen make it happen. Somehow they provide the right amount of crazy energy for stunts that would be impossible otherwise. I think 3 such high class NBDs on one day are also world record. Great to see the tomato can still perform at world class level above 30.
