I’m always amazed at how smooth your movements are. Turning 42 this year and getting into boxing helps keeps my mind sharp and give my body something new to adapt to.
@@Carljung14 haha it was from all the lion dance workouts. I had to up my strength and muscular endurance for that. I put on way too much but luckily I’m still quick on my feet. Lol
@CHEZCANTERE naw it doesn't seem like too much, you could probably put on another 5lbs of mass and integrate your speed and cardio to catch up. You would be a monster for the next 20 years before your testosterone dips and you naturally lose size.
