Hypnos Lullaby v2 Shitno (Walkthrough/Grey VS Shinto/HARD)
Here is a unique version of shinto, the sprites were very good, regarding the story:
Gray (the coach) is the soul of a dead boy who got trapped in the game, because for some reason the developers of this pirated copy didn't want to code it, also at the end of the song Gray dies Because we can hear him scream until he's supposed to everything fails and the song ends

I imagine Shitno slowly approaching while laughing, as the world around Grey starts glitching and fading. Grey tries desperately to throw pokeballs at it (hence the sound effect) but they just bounce off Shitno as if it was hit by nothing at all.

A common misconception here is that Shinto is made out of feces, but actually, as the PokeDex entry states, "Shitno" is actually just a nickname that players came up with for the Shinto boss battle, as it was poorly designed, being unbearable without cheats.

I feel like it’s less a common misconception and more a clash with what the devs did artwise and what the devs did story wise, since I feel like it’s very purposeful he looks like feces. Plus they gave her some real cake and from what I’ve heard this was an inside joke the devs had, so it’d make sense he’s made of the stuff but in the isolated canon she got the nickname from the cheating.

I dont think many people talk about the fact that while Grey is in 2D, Shitno is moving in a 3D space.
Meaning Grey is not only terrified because of Shitno's unnerving appearence but also because he's seeing something way beyond his comprehension.

Honestly! More people need to talk about how unnecessarily good Grey's voice acting in this is. He absolutely sells the few lines he has, and that scream at the end is so potent. Not only that, but every line is delivered rhythmically to fit the song. Whoever it was did an amazing job.

Of all the gorey and creepy things in this mod, shitno is the most unnerving thing I have ever seen in an fnf mod. Just the uncanniness of what this thing is made of and how it moves is spine chilling.

I find it hilarious that even through the utter gore and haunted stuff, the frickin turd lookin hypno is the most horrifying thing this mod has to offer.

I like how 2:48 changes the atmosphere of the song. At first it feels like Grey is scared and defending himself from Shinto. But then at this part of the song and onward it feels like Grey finally builds up some confidence and stands up for himself, going more for the ofensive side of the situation. The song takes a break and pours everything back in shortly after. I think It can be compared to Lagtrain's final drop. I don't know if this is intentional, but it's my perspective on the song.

What i find the most interesting about the mod is the history. Shitno (shinto) isn’t actually a demon or a evil entity but is just a awfully programmed boss, meanwhile grey is the spirit inside the game but instead of using the game for revenge like Sarah,torturing the characters like Xenophane or being the cause of the horror.
He’s just a victim like Sarah but he suffers the digital hell of the game
He’s not a monster manipulating a game but he’s a asset manipulated by the game
If I’m not mistaken, he doesn’t try to do anything bad either, he’s just some kid who was forced to survive in a game

The ending of this song was supposed to be tied to a mechanic of the song I think, where she would glitch out the game making hitting the notes much harder, and at the end she would glitch the game out so much that she would tear apart both her, and grey, killing them both. Some pretty based stuff we could've gotten ngl.

Either that the creators of the bootleg didn’t want to code grey, and they put the soul of a person in there. And that’s what they’re seeing. Or the whole game is hyper realistic. And once you “cheat” it’s no longer pixel.
But it mostly makes sense with the first one. Because Pokémon “or old games” weren’t as realistic as today.

So far this mod character (Shitno) is an unofficial FNF character that actually gives me an uncomfortable feeling just by looking at it especially that down pose it’s creepy on a while other level. Not to mention the mode screen jumps Scare is going to have me closing my closet for a bit

Something interesting I've been noticing about this song lately is that Grey's animations for his lines after $h¡tno appears are accidentally switched, the animation that plays at "Get away from me, you freak!" Is lipsynced to "LEAVE. ME. ALONE!" And vice-versa. Hopefully that bug gets fixed in future updates to the revival project.

You know, just throwing it out there so this is just a headcanon or theory at best, but I don't think that Shitno kills Grey. At the very least, I don't believe he kills him in a traditional sense. We can hear in the song multiple times that Grey is already clearly afraid for his life against Shitno, so the phrase "What the!?" at the end before his death-bellows would seem out of place. Whatever Shitno does takes Grey by surprise, as something he wasn't expecting to happen. If he felt threatened, I feel like he would've screamed immediately or said something more to the effect of "GO AWAY!" or something similar. Given the sound effect, I think that Shitno throws a pokeball at Grey, and somehow, either through the cheats being used, or Shitno directly manipulating the game, it succeeds in "capturing" Grey. "What the!?" as the Pokemon pulls out or picks up a Pokeball that he's thrown at it, the sound effect, then the fading out scream as he's captured and condemned to whatever fate the Shitno has planned. The whole "Why is is so cold?" part, and the black void of the background is either just for scary ambiance in the cave, OR is the Shitno moving them both "Out of Bounds" or into some similar part of the game where it isn't finished or can be altered. Again, I don't know if this is a real Pokepasta or anything, and if there's canon lore that Grey 100% is murdered here, but I think there's enough context clues here that Shitno catches him instead in some kind of warped punishment for "cheating".

Everyone’s talking about the terrifying sprites and banger music, but nobody is talking about the end where grey gets killed? And then has a horrifying scream? It’s probably unfinished too but I just think that part was kind of overlooked. I haven’t seen anyone mention it yet.

The fact that, if you didn't know, the creators of the bootleg game were too lazy to code an actual character, so they trapped the soul of a child in the game. It makes me think that even more that when Grey says "Leave me alone!" Is like a kid throwing a tantrum, but this time is just in fear, but followed by that they get the courage to stand up AGAINST shitno or shinto instead of acting scared. Which is even more terrifying that its basically a kid being, from what we can hear from him screaming, being torn apart or brutally killed. Chills.
Something I love is how Shinto always has her eyes on you, even when she’s facing away. Really helps with how eerie this song is

I love shintos sprites they remind me of dk country and it feels like the thing rainbow friends did with the roblox stuff but if you look at the sprites hard enough its actually pixels,loads of em. and at this point i thought it was cancelled but now that i look at it the mods done it just needs a hotfix like mcm

My theory: the song Shinto (the song before this one) was from the view of bf or gf playing the game and this song is from the view of gray the trainer the player character plays as
Actually... this is a good theory and it makes sense after all.
I feel like the one of the big reasons why shi/no feels so terrifying and uncanny compared to everything else is the fact that she is a 3d model, and that element makes her feel much more out of place compared to the fairly cartoony by comparison sprites of everyone else.

One thing I really like about this song is the fact that Grey is pixelated, and that "Shitno" looks like it's real.

Think people misunderstand this character in the description it says Shinto is a actual person inside a girl actually dead fake character so is the trainer that’s why he says “ Why is it so cold? “ because the trainer is inside a dead corpse is says this in the in-game description..

the ending is horrifying even when I first played the song. overall, this is the best mod to get a v2, even has a pokedex to go with the theme. but it’s hilarious that at the end there’s just noises while the both of them just stare at each other. even topgameplay said in the description when he played shinto “shinto, he is about to turn into shit” which is honestly funny. meanwhile the part where shinto (or shitno) even shows a terrifying cutscene “no. this isn’t supposed to happen. this was NEVER supposed to happen! you.. cheated.” then it shows shinto (again also known as shitno) coming out of the pokeball, only showing a arm.
If you think about it, Grey is being punished for something he had to no control over. You cheated, and now Grey will suffer because of it.

Shitno is one of the best songs and my favorite including others like Pasta Night and Insomnia in the mod since Saster and TheInneunidoVEVO are in it. Damn, this mod is a fucking genius because of Banbuds. Sadly, since it's cancelled but it got a final build (it's not fully completed just a link to download the mod and some stuffs that where missing since GameBanana taken it down for no reason.) Saster and TheInneunidoVEVO including Adam Mchummus, have done it again!
