The only thing "winning" does is change the reason why: if you lose, Feralisleep wakes up because of Boyfriend's subpar rapping, and kills him for disturbing his sleep. If you win, Silver is the one who wakes up Feralisleep, who kills Boyfriend at Silver's orders. In Amusia, DISABLED assaults you for being able to sing regardless of whether or not you manage to get Ponyta away. In Dissension, Steven strangles Mike no matter what. In Death Toll, Beelze steals Boyfriend's soul no matter what. In Bygone Purpose, Hypno becomes a villain no matter what. In Shitno, Shinto kills Grey no matter what. That's nine songs where you lose no matter what, and adding the fact there's no consequence to losing in Monochrome, that means that in 10 songs out of 16, whether you win or lose means nothing.
