Thank you much for this video! It helped open my eyes to the reality of applying to dental school. I appreciate you opening up and telling us you're story, its truly inspiring for people like me!
Great quality video! I recently saw jack hans video about matching into tufts and think y’all would make an epic collab (residency v dental/tufts v bu). Just an idea ofc!
Hi Eli! I stumbled on to your channel and my goal to finish watching ALL of your videos! I absolutely love the insight of the current student that you are, the honesty and chill vibes it's so soothing to watch you! Funny I graduated GMU in 2020 with biology science 3.4 Gpa. That was my second degree and career change. Few months later my husband and I welcomed our son. Now baby is turning 3 and after being stay at home mom there is nothing more that I want to return to my passion of pursuing dental career. I did volunteer at inova hospital pediatrics, shadowed for like 3-4 months. I now will probably have to retake all the prereqs since I heard that they expire after 5 years since completion of the class... Which is the price I suppose. I have never taken DAT yet. If there is any advice or tip you can share I'd be grateful to hear it! Your videos are inspiring me so much Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
No problem! I'm starting to get this question more and more, ya'll are making me realize how close I am to graduating lmao!! Right now I have a few things in mind, but my mind is not set on 1 thing just yet. Trust me though, as soon as I know ya'll will know. I'm really not the type of person to talk about things until they're set in stone, but also.. I want ya'll to keep watching to find out!
Dr. Eli you are the greatest of all time dental TH-camr hands down. Very genuine content!

Thank you for this video. How do you manage finances while being a student? Do you work part-time?
I do not work part time. Everything is with loans and budgeting
