I'm from Poland.I have been practicing for a year and all the street trying so hard to overcome the fear, that is not in the gym:D I keep practicing Parkour in two sentences: Bruce Lee "Be like a wather" "no way as the way,no limitation is a limitation"and your words "Stay Positive". if it slows you down, this is what I think he's saying, then it's free running. Which is correct, but it gets you over faster then just plain CLIMBING. Yes, there ARE faster ways. But it is like a half parkour, half free run. It gets you over faster then climbing, but involves flips for style points.
no lazy would be your legs go over in front of you this is more like a speed vault with other hand placement (you also can do this move with a speed vault a bit harder but also works ....) good day and train safe

i do rail b twist and i find the grip is fine the other way swell i think its down to personal preference great tutorial though :D
do I need to learn to do the b-twist before i can learn the rail b-twist?
