A cart full tutorial! This is more of me breaking down the trick and explaining the key areas to work on to develop your cart full. This is a very basic trick but remember to train safe!

Does anyone have any tips for twisting? I can do the cart front really easily, but I can't really get the twist
Skylar Mullen idk if u still need the advice but for twisting in the full, u have to wrap your arms diagonally downwards across ur body from over your head in the direction ur twisting and ofc, commit. In the front its just straight downwards with both arms and in full, one of your arms (for me its right arm, right handed) is doing most of the work.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS TUTORIAL! I always have problem of dropping my shoulder so my twist is horizontal out of the cart instead of straight over. Ill try the front half method and hopefully thatll help
if you land your cart "btwist"ish full easily, then i suggest tweaking your set up instead of going to front halfs(if you want). I had the same problem and the best advice i got for it was to come out of the cart wheel standing more upright and punch the air up before the twist! Because youre probably punching the air with your right arm side ways and like you said: dropping the shoulder. Look at his right arm before the twist and do exactly that! haha good luck man, i know you didnt ask for it, but hopefully this gave you a little more insight! peace!

And me but if you want to do cart front you most to rise your left hand before right hand the right hand give you the twist

Yes I did it landed my first cart full way easier then I thought I landed a few cart fronts for a warm up and just sent it and landed like with my legs straight not low at all Great Tutorial

this is a really good tutorial and i agree with the whole learn cart frontflip then add the half twist. but for me when i learnt this trick i had to learn it a bit different because i twist to my left in backflips and to my right in frontflips. I actually had to do the cart on my opposite leg to normal for the back full to twist the same way as the cart so all the momentum followed through. had the exact same mindset going in tho.

I just tried this a couple days ago and found it so easy to over-rotate so it should be pretty simple to learn for most people who are over the flipping fear

Feeling nostalgic. Im at my tricking point where im ready to swing my dub. Its good to remember where i started
I used to be able to cart full and I even have a video on my channel, but I lost it and am trying to get it back but I think my cart was the gymnastics one so I think that's what is throwing me off. This video definitely helped me in seeing the type of cart to use.

I used to trick since I was like 12 until 16, now I'm 21. I knew how to land a frontflip, webster, axe and some easier stuff like cartwheel. Now I'd love to get back at it, but I'm pretty scared and have no friends with an interest for tricking... Would you have any advices?

A twist has an aeriel set up(hence the name) front half or barani is a punch set up. Other than that they're practically the same move haha.

I can front flip even cart front cus I did it once over six people
plan zero (I don't know your name Because I am a new sub = P) I cant seem to figure out how to do the last part I think I might not be bringing my leg high enough at the start which leaves me with less power (which brings me 2 this) if you could make a vid on some of the stretches you do so I might be able to improve my flexibility it would be much appreciated thank and please continue with the awesomeness!

So coming out of the cartwheel... do you jump with both feet with a stomp, or land one feet at a time and jump with one feet?

I just thought cart b twist I naturally we forwards for some reasons ( maybe momentum) it look identical to this and it was easy for me to progress into, b twist also helped me because I get used to twisting while my feet we fading 90 degrees away

this looks like doing sideflip in the other direction you usually do and then twisting to a normal sideflip so is that like almost sideflip with full twist?

In order to do this I have to cartwheel the opposite direction of what I usually do because i twist in my fulls to the left. And it’s so difficult
