Great plane.. She sure is a big one... Nice presence.. You moved the CG back from book, I'm sure that really helps to slow her down and get the nose up on landings. Nice... -Will
I have the FMS black and white cammo. Its a nice plane and lands beautifully but you only get about 2:30 of flight time. The twin 70s eat the battery and I'm using a SMC 6200 battery. So if I were you, I'd get the Freewing version because with two batteries, the flight times are much longer and the plane flies terrific.
Hey man, I really enjoyed watching your video. You're really smooth on the sticks and have a great feel for the aeroplane from what I saw. Not bad to listen to either - cool accent. I'll sub to your channel bro!
MotionRC has a "special edition "one with a 12 blade fan, inrunner motors, and reverse thrust ESCs... I ordered those reverse capable ESCs for my original A10 80mm, and I just finished installing them. They work great...I'll be testing it this weekend...stay tuned to my channel for the flight video... You both have a great rest of your day. Greetings from Douglas, Arizona 🌵 🦠 😷 🇵🇷 Like#75
@BDTennessee I didn't change my original motors, only the ESCs with the reverse thrust capability... So far they seem to be working fine. I'll be testing them this weekend ... Wish me luck 🤞🏾😁
Really like your videos and fast reply for help, but can't hear your voice clearly(when you talk about what your doing) when you are flying. Can you make subtitles or use a mic ? Want to buy a A10 but i'll wait for the next version (upgrade motors/landinggear)
Thanks for feedback Danny. Working on some upgraded audio gear in the offseason.Might try some other stuff too... Maybe Freewing will revise with upgrades.Old model like the Tomcat so who knows...
Awesome video, I'm interested in the width of the edf Engine nacelles for an rc boat project.. I hate to ask, but I can't find any dimensions online. When you get a chance, could you measure the total length and width of the 80mm twin (round about is fine with me) subscribed
Does it come with the upgraded inrunners or did you have you to order that separately and is it a good idea to get the upgraded landing gear cause I fly at House Mountain which you know is grass.
I have one and I can’t get it to land- it glides forever- maybe I need more flaps as I cut power on the base leg at less than 100 feet- but it stays in ground effect so long that I run out of runway. I’ve been flying 50 years and this bird frustrates me.
Nice maiden and review BD, the A-10 is my favorite warbird and that one looks great. 👍🏻👍🏻
A-10 are really growing on me after flying this one and studying them more. A-10 one of my favorite warbird now too!

I moved back even more for future flights. Yes make holding nose up much easier and way better flight characteristics.
@@BDTennessee it’s amazing what a little CG tweaking can do for these A10’s. Congrats
@@SteffenRC also 2 5000 dont have to move much too :D

Good feedback! I noticed same on B1 with twin 70s on SMC 6200 too...
nice looking flight ! great looking A10...
A-10 does look good,i must agree :)
Nice
Thanks Daniel!

Thanks Jimmy D!
Awesome as always man. Been debating on pulling the trigger on this or the FMS one and I keep coming back to this one.
Thanks John! Only downfall i seen so far is dual battery setup. However with power you got to have the juice :D

@@ricardopr54 i have tested those inrunners (1857kv) in "special edition" in the past. Same price as the new 2150kv and nowhere same output or sound.

@@ricardopr54 reverse thrust works good on A10! I tried out on another one recently.
Nice!! A-10 is always a good one to go fly I like this one way more the small one FW makes and eflite makes. Need to upgrade my fans sometime lol.
I know exactly what your saying. Flew a few of the smaller ones, they just aint it :D
@@BDTennessee This one is awesome and it presence in the Air is great!
@@ljhobbylife both big facts LJ!

Man, you make it look so easy. Can anyone tell me if they are mixing AIL to RUD? I haven't flown mine yet
No mix for Ail to Rud. I havent used a mix like to for any plane.

Purchased separate and installed. Upgrade landing gear has different look but suppose to be stronger. Well see how this one holds...

I used all the flaps i could get on this jet. Also key is to not drop the nose cause the energy amplifies and send it down the runway.
