This is probably just my bias but while this sounds enjoyable enough, it seems to sadly not offer much that is unique to the fact that it's from Belize. In which case I don't see the point. 😄 Have you tried anything from Copalli? I quite like their stuff and it does seem much more terroir-ish to Belize. Of course they don't have anything similar to this category, i.e. deeply aged, because they started in 2018. But then younger stuff tends to be more unique IMO anyway.
Yeah its good, but not super unique. I'm glad to have it though. I haven't seen Copalli here, Looks interesting though, looks like cane juice, blended pot and collumn. Would love to try it some time!
