In Europe, when "we" are "choosing" our FLOWERS, we don't tend to go on the "size", - because, the size is irrelevant for us! A good Florist knows, that there is "at least" three weeks of life span for bought flowers arrangements, and therefore, we choose flowers, especially Roses and Lilys to be of their "Mid Life"! When they are NOT yet in full bloom!!! One who desires to buy them in full bloom, does not know the "discipline"!!! Yes!

What is the name of the leaf that you used to line the vase?
Hi! I don’t recall the exact name but it could be banana leaf as they are popular. But any long thick leaf would work. You can always layer in several leaves if you want. 😀
I need to make some arrangements for a certain day, do you think I should do them one day before the event? Or will they get ugly?
Hi, if the cut flowers are in water, making the arrangements should be Ok one day before. I wouldn't leave it longer than that. Certain flowers need some time to open up and bloom once they are in water so that may also help. Good luck!! :)

Hello! I don't have the glass vase any longer, but I would say that it is the 6" x 4" rectangular one. It is 9.5" high on Amazon. Hope this helps! :)
