The support that came before this batch was somewhat underwhelming, but glad to see that konami did their homework with this batch of GBs. Great video!
It was underwhelming at the time because it didn't really play well with the other Glad Beasts that came before it. But if you notice, most of the current deck profiles featuring this latest round of support has a lot of the last wave of support in them. This wave did a really nice job of bridging what the last wave was trying to do and the prior Gladiator Beast staples such as Darius, Equeste, and Bestiari.
They should create a Level 6 Beast card: Gozarus, Gladiator Beast. Effect : At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card has battled: you can shuffle this card into the Deck; Special Summon 1 "Gladiator Beast" monster (except "Gozarus, Gladiator Beast") from your Deck. You can only use each of the following effects of "Gozarus, Gladiator Beast" once per turn: You can reveal this card and 1 "Gladiator Beast" monster in your hand; Special Summon this card in the field. If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Gladiator Beast" monster, you can Special Summon 1 "Gladiator Beast" monster with a max level of 4 (Earth monsters excluded) from your Deck. Beast: To ensure Gladiator Beast Comeback doesn’toesn’t Editor while it's in the graveyard. Level 6: So it can be used for summoning Editor without being summoned by Darius, Link 2. Not Level 8: That would make XYZ Summons too easy using Editor or Augustus as materials, which would be too strong, hence opting for Level 6 instead. if it is Special Summoned, it only allows you to summon another non-Earth monster (so not Magister or Attorix). This leaves you with only Bestiari or Eques, which is good but not enough. I believe it's the best compromise to strengthen its weakness (2-card combo). I think the card is strong without being broken; it would be a very good addition to the deck since it is quite sensitive to hand traps, and it helps avoid having too many useless cards What do you think?
It’s shocking how much Konami has lately done a good job doing in supporting older decks! These are very GOOD G BEASTS CARDS! And even the new Arcana Force makes the deck legitimately viable!! Now if only they didn’t make their newest archetype broken as 🤬 Decks….
The deck still has a problem through any 1 interruption unless you open godly, and there is still no real 1 card starter. But I’ll take it, it’s good GB support
The consistency is good and the primordial cards are there to bait early interruptions as well as act as extender and their own disruption. With Magister, Flavius Arena, Proving Ground and Tremors openly godly or with access to godly is consistent because any 1 of them can get you well into the combo

uhm....heraklinos+chariot came with the first wave of gbs, and domitianus the second. They, technially always were a negate combo deck, with a decently strong focus on battling. Plus, almost all modern decks these days all do focus on putting on a large/powerful board, right?
