RESToy (Repurposed Empty Spool Toy) for Cats!

Usually after the 3d printing filament gets over, what is left is this empty spool! And it's not something I was going to throw away so wanted to make something from it!
So I decided to make a toy for my cat Momo who now actually loves to play with this everyday (almost)!
