I would assume it's dose dependent But usually pt is used more commonly in monitoring warfarin activity, due to it measuring the activity of the extrinsic pathway and the fact that factor 7 has the shortest half life so gives the most accurate result
Hemophilia C = deficiency of factor 11 (XI); you have it written as "Factor XIII" (factor 13)
