What causes the dysfunction of the Adam TS13?
From my understanding, it tends to either be a mutation in the gene which encodes ADAMTS13 (hereditary TTP) or formation of autoantibodies against the protein

How is the donor antigens of incompatible blood group ( ABO ) can be attached by the immune system of recipient and is there any antibody can be developed by A or B antigen of the donor?
Hiya thanks for your question? Just to clarify, do you mean how does an ABO mismatch lead to a haemolytic reaction, or more the donor anti-HLA antibodies which stimulate recipient's neutrophils?
@@bunmed3817 I mean how is the immune system of recipient can attach the foreign antigen of incompatible blood group transfusioned to him/her. The pathway of attacking a foreign epitopes. Most of videos which I found are about attacking the bacterial antigens.
