    clearly explained! what would the aberrant bundle branch block look like?

      Hi, thanks so much for checking out the video!
      An abberent bundle branch block can come on as a result of a very high atrial rate and as a functional block of the fasicles as the bundles cannot conduct that many signals.
      Usually it will be a broad complex tachycardia with a classic RBBB or LBBB pattern. It can be really difficult and sometimes impossible to distinguish between aberrant bbb and VT. There are a set of criteria which can be used but that's definitely beyond the scope of the med school course.
