How much would your shop charge to have the coilovers installed? If I gut were to ocme to your shop and wanted mountain pass installed and the car aligned how much would you charge?
The car looks great, I'm on UP race coilovers and its just too stiff for daily driving. The car handles like a dream, but its slammed and hits hard on the big bumps. But handles like a race car. Internal rubbing on driver side tire. Anyhow, the look of the car in this video is what I want with a soft BMW type ride. Let me get this right, your on the performance not the comfort coilovers. I want the lowered look 27" is great, but the really soft feel. Best of both worlds.
We didn't try the Teins or these in the softest settings yet, simply because we found a really good middle ground where we had them adjusted to from the get go
The Mountain Pass suspension is on sale and works out to be $350 more than the Tein. The Mountain Pass uses KW shocks which are supposed to be pretty good. I just installed the Mountain Pass and the ride is pretty nice.
Looks good, thinking about picking these up along with the front control arm bearings. Curious, what's the rear diffuser you have installed there?
It's a Startech rear bumper

How does this compare with unplugged coilover?
Good Q.
How much lower is that than stock?
was this the adjustable comfort coilovers? could you have adjusted the firmness setting and compare?
No, I think these are the non-adjustables

Great information
can you adjust the height on the rear without removing the bolt?
i don't believe so
How do these ride on the softest settings compared to the TEINs on softest setting?

At this height, would you recommend the rear camber and rear toe arms?
it's up to you really and what your needs are
@@EVSMotors thanks!
These are comfort NON-ADJUSTABLES... believe the comfort adjustable will be more compliant
Do you think it’s worth investing $3500 to get a 30% improvement in the suspension? Is it worth it?
if you're going to keep it for 3-5 yrs min. yeah
@@EVSMotorsOhlins, do you think they’re better than these? I want something that gives me a big enough improvement to justify the investment.
@@EduardoMaradiaga-s5w check our ohlins videos
do a comparison for BC racing those are popular but they are being completely ignored
if a client wants them, we'll get it
Agreed
Bc is the Walmart of suspension just don’t bother
great video
Glad you enjoyed it
Next up, Unplugged Performance?
If we get a client that wants it, we'll do a vid on it
@@EVSMotors Thanks! Also, does it require any adjustable toe/camber arm paired with the coilovers?
@@xujiayi_1256 not required
What about BC..?
@@jorgeramos9563 if a client wants it, we'll get it
Lil bit better than the TEINs. MPP is $800 more than the TEINs lmao.
Compared to Ohlins which are about $2600 more--yeah it's just a lil bit more
