What's your favorite gym DIY you've made?
A reverse hyperextension. They're ridiculously expensive in the UK ranging from £500 to a few thousand.
I made one with some wood and £7 worth of materials from this video with some adjustments: th-cam.com/video/u14EO1LoLCQ/w-d-xo.html
Another advantage is that with a rack mounted reverse hyper you can adjust it vertically too.
@@zeeali2722 nice! I actually had an idea for this already! That's on my list
Just a simple tire sled with a eye bolt lol
@@TrentJ202007 that does sound pretty simple!
The Pulley System on one of your videos, such a simple design and adds much needed versatility to my workouts.
I recently built a belt squat based off of your version. A little tough with the set up, I may have to adjust it a bit.
That sucks! I'm sorry to hear it didn't work out as well for you.
love your channel, mixing diy with actual gym machines
Thanks, JC! I appreciate the kind words.
Giving me so many ideas for my home gym!!
Glad the video was helpful to you!
Absolutely fantastic thanks for all of this ❤
Happy to help!
Hello, you should try to activate 2/3 youtube ads in your videos to make youtube algritm push your contents.
I'm not sure what you mean.
Agreed! I'd hate to have to deal with commercials but I couldn't believe this wasn't a top channel on TH-cam until I read this comment. So many more ppl need this information!
@@chloev91 I actually have ads turned on but TH-cam doesn't show ads to every single viewer.
@@chloev91 I appreciate the compliments though!
You have high quality content but you need to invest in your channel to grow. Research on how to do it.
A lot of youtubers have bad quality content but if they advertise well they can get milions of views.
Say DIY ONE MORE TIME!!! 😄 🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 sometimes I don't realize I repeat myself until I'm watching the footage afterward. Lol
