I haven't seen anyone in my family prepare this recipe but I would love to try one day soon, it looks scromcious. And it's quite quick from start to finish, I like that. I've got a huge bowl of cream of wheat persaud remaining from divali, I'll try and add more milk and try and see if I can convert it to this recipe, might add some grated coconut as well.

It is a fast recipe. I also used the back to the knife to cut I am very careful when it comes to my things.

This is the method I use. Usually parch it darker, and use some sugar as well.
