@@SFCarWashChannel - There is still room for improvement, unfortunately. When my gf and I took a trip through the prototype spin lite wash at their wash in Novi, MI it scratched her truck that I freshly polished. It wasn't even open to the public. They let us through because I owned a car wash at the time. I've also done walk throughs of washes whose foam brush material held on to dirt, even with excellent hydration. It's just the nature of the beast when dealing with muddy water being flushed out of vehicle's nooks and crannies. So far my favorite wash material is actually bristle.
Man they could slow down those side wraps, it would cut down on damage... even the top brush is going way to fast. Black cars are notorious for getting car wash clear coat scratches and the speed of the wraps is the biggest contributing cause.
Running the brushes faster should make them safer by keeping the cores away from the car, and between the presoak, lava, lube soap, and tri color they are sufficiently lubricating all vehicle surfaces.
For the wash to have all of that and the guys do all that prep. What’s the point of the wash ? Then the prep guy brushing in different directions which is scratching up the car…. And the tunnel is dirty as a Fu** .. do they clean at all ?? they had open chemicals near the blowers which is a safety hazard. Wow . Every rain bar and every banana has horrible out puts.
nice videos but you zooooom in wayyyyy too much so you can realy see anything zoom out so we can see the wash an man i got sea sick you move that camarea so much you dont get to see much
Wow that's the best car wash I've ever seen, wish we had that here in Canada to wash the salt off we use on the roads during the winter
That’s is a really nice PECO system!
Using his scrub brush before is pointless if you have a decent wash.
I agree. No reason to prep a car if your chemistry and equipment are dialed in properly.
Kelly's Express Car Wash (Scott's Creek Dr., Stockton CA) has a pretty cool Peco conveyor system
3^×3^,,
I love the scratches its left in the paint
Modern car washes use brush materials that do not hold dirt which is rinsed constantly, and thus eliminate any risk of clear coat damage.
I don't think the car wash itself is much of a problem but the guy in the beginning with the brush properly did cause scratches.
And then the tunnel is dirty ash

I wonder why they chose Premier Dryers instead of PECO Dryers. Quality Difference? I love that Gloss 'n Go, if thats what the yellow system is called.

Did they replace it?
The equipment was just installed last year, so it is still there.
Nice car wash
That prep brush looks like paint damaging plastic, I would have told the attendant NO don't use that to prep my car
