A bit late to this party, but I can understand Peloton's actions, and it is likely to come down to money-laundering precautions and the need to provide the refund to the original card used. Purchasing something under distance-selling then returning it is another example of this.

I wonder what they do with all the used peloton equipment when users send them back after the trial period. Possibly sending them refurbished to new customers?

Did you try out the Pump Up the Volume series? It seems to take the split programs to the next level and it’s exclusive to the Guide.

I didn’t, but good for people to know there is exclusive content, that doesn’t just filter through to the app.

I feel like the Peloton Guide is too gimmicky. Why not just put a mirror next by the TV and stream the app for $12.99 instead of buying the Guide and pay $300 + $25/month?

Good to hear you had a good return experience , have you heard any rumours of rower price in the Uk, also do you know how to cast the picture to a tv but still send the Bluetooth sound to a separate speaker, ie Sonos roam etc
