I love their dedication; however, they need a strength and conditioning coach that actually knows what they're doing. Safety should always be the number one goal of any trainer. These guys techniques are pretty bad and some of the routines are putting them severely at risk for injury. Training as it is, is dangerous but it is unnecessary to increase the risk with pointless and out right, dangerous routines.
Some good agility training. But the Lifting Form is very poor overall. Start Light and try to have perfect form you increase the weight. And drop the behind the kneck to overhead press movement. That is awful Coaching , that movement is going to hurt a lot of players. From looking at the Video , the combination of lifting heavy with awful form , is probably causing a high number of Weight Room Injuries.
One of the best videos !

Had to mute the video, I'd rather hear the growling sounds in the gym of these athletes than some lousy music.
