Really impressed with the compact design of the OBSBOT Tail Air. Its portability is a game changer for on-the-go shoots!

The battery usage while off is intriguing. Does this mean the camera is never truly off, or is it just the remote communication that's active?

In order for the remote to "ping" the camera and get a status as to which cameras are available, the camera receiver has to always be powered. Now, it may just be a trickle, but it's a trickle you can't turn off AFAIK.

How do you add the correct thumbnail to yolo box original

To your streams online, like TH-cam and Facebook, you have to go to YouTUbe and Facebook to upload the thumbnail.

I have 6 mevo start cameras that I use regularly for live streaming church events every week (via Wireless NDI and VMix). The obsbot is interesting to me. I'm used to digital zoom, and have come to live with it. However, I highly doubt you'll find an optical zoom camera WITH wireless NDI(*) in that price range so, while it makes it less desireable for the highest quality productions, it might be fine for church services.
Now, I have no idea why you have to buy your NDI license separately. I didn't have to license NDI for my MEVO cameras. Especially for $100 USD! This is extremely disappointing.

You have to purchase an NDI license per Tail Air camera if you ant to use NDI. They have HDMI out and can stream from the camera themselves so a good part of the user base won't ever need NDI.

@@StreamTeknology NDI is a crucial component of my workflow... Having to pay more to enable NDI *IS* disappointing (as I said, I didn't have to do it with my MEVO's), but I have had to enable NDI for other cameras I own (my panasonics) so it's not unprecedented. Just disappointing. I am a huge fan of NDI, and it's a critical killer-feature for any camera I buy moving forward.
