“Before I started watching your videos, I was afraid of everything”. What a profound effect Bob had for this person who needed relief, what a great use of time, Bob.
Congrats on your liberation CJ! I meet so many women have been indoctrinated in learned helplessness and fear. Good work there Bob, showing people how to break themself free from the chains of self-doubt!
I suffered from environmental depression and always felt so much relief and freedom when I went on camping trips. That's how I discovered I am not a city girl, I dislike being in a city and needed to get back to a more basic living. I'm so glad your friend found herself when she ran from her situation. If you are unhappy with what's going on around you, go where your heart is calling you to go.
Amen!! I live in the country and always have but getting away from stuff and being tethered to a house is starting to wear on me. I go horse camping alot and find extreme freedom when camping.
When I visited a small town on the Oregon Coast in 1989, I actually did catch my breath because I realized THIS was where I've always needed to be😍. I listened to my heart, worked hard toward my goal, and I moved here 13 years later. So yes, I agree, "go where your heart is calling you to go," because personally I've never regretted it for a moment.
@@loriirons9503 I have a dear friend who used to spend his summers with his fellow retired cohorts and their horses at Tuolumne Meadows in the 1849'er Gold Rush Country of northern California. Horse camping "saved my life," he once told me.
It's wonderful to see REAL FOLKS and REAL NOMADS being interviewed here, and not social media influencers doing VanLife on TikTok for likes and views and sponsorships.
What a lovely woman! I wish her all the happiness she deserves; and Bob is such a humble man, helping so many people reach courage and happiness too. This is one of the most inspiring channels on YT!
i was ready to check out of this planet. then i started watching your vids... been happy, saving money & living cheap RV for past 5 years. thanks for all your great vids!
I love the smile. Reminds me of my kids when they were young. Youngest is now 56. I'm now 86 and living in a pull behind trailer and loving the freedom still. Great idea the diesel heater for the reasons she gave. Living on the cheap is my adventure. No intention of stopping any time soon.
This woman is very likable. You can feel peace and relaxation in her soul. How wonderful that she got free. A great lifestyle too. She has some special additions that add extra joy to her life. Very happy for her.
So happy she found what she needed to live and be at peace and of course Bob and all he does helped, amazing! I wish her the best and thank you Bob for all you do. Much love and many blessings
That truck is at minimum 22 years old, it is a 7.3 powerstroke diesel made from the 90's on until they quit making them in 2002 thanks to the non stop EPA rules on emissions by our ever expanding government overlords. Best truck ever made.
I now live full time , Ontario winters and all . I built a RV portion into my commercial horse van... Still I travel 6 mos of year with my two horses ...in the back too.
Hoping to take my life on the road by next year. This woman's story is something like mine, and I am so happy to hear she is living the life she was ready to give up! Thank you Bob,CJ, and all of you nomads that give women like myself the courage to dare.God bless.
CJ is unique. She looks so cool when she is standing and speaking. Her posture kinda says "hell yea I'm doing it". I hope this road she has chosen continues to keep her in a safe and comfortable place. Another great interview Bob.
I really love how the trailer was a beautiful reflection of CJ with all the fun patterns and decorations. Such a great build and story, thank you for sharing!
I love CJ, and her rig. Part time is working for me, while I still have responsibilities that keep me in a city. I find it interesting that her rig has evolved. I have noticed that the happiest people are those that have what they need, but maybe not what others need or think everyone needs. Beautiful person and beautiful rig.
CJ has a beautiful spirit, it shines through her eyes...she conquered her fears. Got a super set of wheels, a heavy duty abode, cute pup & the open road = what more could a person ask for!!! Thanks for sharing, great video!❤
The best kind of off grid heater is a vented propane heater. They're larger but they're the best out there and a extremely dependable primary source of heat. I just wish they were smaller like the diesel heaters. You can usually pick them up pretty cheap used. And they don't produce any condensation because it's vented none of the fumes go inside.
what a lovely soul.. i could feel her emotion when she thanked Bob for giving her the courage to find her freedom. and she has a badass sense of style!
❤ Smart lady. Horse trailers are better than shoddy built RVs.. Good choice of power unit - better to have too much power - she can later go to larger trailer with NO worries. A lot of clever thoughts from this lady. Happy Trails
I am so happy for her . She is out there doing it . She is fun. She is so cool . I just wonder sometimes how people stay cool . I see she had an a/c . Nice truck ❤
CJ has SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SMILE...and is such a wonderfully colorful person!! I'm so happy she has found her healing of the depression!! Being outside tends to do that for me!!
Excellent setup. Even tho I know the gas on that truck is a lot, the security of it has got to be super. Love the element in the tub for heat idea. I'm a tub soaker. Aches and pains 😂 I could totally do that👍🏼
She has definitely arrived. And saved herself! I have the same shower system since 2021 and it’s still cranking along. I fill my holding tank with fresh water with that shower system from 7 gallon bucket, work slick as anything. How are you go CJ! God bless you.
“Before I started watching your videos, I was afraid of everything”. What a profound effect Bob had for this person who needed relief, what a great use of time, Bob.
Yes! 100% Bob has created a legacy that will have positive impact for so many people and for decades to come!
I just need a working vehicle. I'm ready to go once, somehow I can get that!
Congrats on your liberation CJ! I meet so many women have been indoctrinated in learned helplessness and fear. Good work there Bob, showing people how to break themself free from the chains of self-doubt!
Yes yes yes ! slackleash
I imagine a horse trailer is more heavy duty than a regular trailer, therefore should last a very long time. Interesting platform choice.

What a lovely, open, down to earth person. And her story of healing in nature is so inspiring.
She's a beautiful soul for sure.
She's awesome
Long as you are off the ground and out of the rain you are doing great.

CJ is a smart and hard working lady. And she has proven that it has helped her life so much to be out in nature. It's good to meet her. Thanks Bob

That truck alone could pay for a house. Nice rig! I love what she did with the trailer too. ❤

She's got an outstanding truck that will last her for a long time. Most certainly worth whatever she paid for it.
How much do houses cost where you live?

Safe travels to all...
Love what she has done with the horse trailer ❤❤😊
She escaped her demise to her life. Good for her. And kudos to you Bob for being an inspiration for so many.
CJ!! Look at that rig. Amazing use of a horse camper. Looks like your doing you and having fun doing it!!
Creative house. Very cool and well equipped.
What a beautiful set up she has and it sounds like she's really having a great time good for her
Life is short, so live it and do what works best for you.
Absolutely love your set up and story CJ
Glad that she found a way to live that feels right to her. Being restricted to a common way of living isn't for everyone.
Cool. Horse trailers a built better than rv's. This will last her for many years
Wonder how it affects the MPG?
@@Kat-I-am3333, of course it will.
Ive seen quite a few abandoned horse trailers and wondered if it was good enough to make a home. She did it right. Great DIYer. 😊
Bob...slimming down. Looking good!

I love this woman's vibe.....Learning so much from this channel.
That is an amazing hitch!! I love it!! I have never seen one but I want one!
A horse trailer like that used 15 or 20 years old or more in decent shape only cost 3 to 4000 so it’s a good choice
Nice home. Wow! Her truck is mighty!
Love your trailer.God bless you and keep you safe on your travels.❤
Thank you! Really enjoyed meeting CJ🌻
Love her set up
What a sweet spirited person. God bless you on your journey and give you peace. Thanks Bob for one more good video❤

Hi Bob and CJ
Wow what a great trailer. I love it. Thank you for your information today.
The sunshine, peace, camaraderie , and companionship, in my opinion, are beneficial to everyone's mental health. I am eager to participate as well!
"Too much truck is always the answer" If that ain't the most American thing I've heard in a while then I don't know what is :)
Totally impressed with set up
She's a darling girl.
I'm so happy she found her place, and is here with us. 💛💛
I am so happy for her . She is out there doing it . She is fun. She is so cool . I just wonder sometimes how people stay cool . I see she had an a/c . Nice truck ❤

CJ home is great.
Where are these nomad villages and how do they find them? Is it word of mouth finding cool spots to congregate in community?
What a cool vibe she has! So happy she’s doing well.
What a lovely lady . And I’m watching from Australia.💞💞
Very impressive. Wish you well CJ. You are a delight to listen to and love everything about your home on wheels.😊❤
