Smaller bikes rock. Big bike can definitely be an ego trip, you only have to look at trackday riders to see, most would benefit from going to a 600 or similar.
I had a 98 CBR600 F4, i thought , loved the buke this could do with just a little more oomph i thiught.
So i sourced a yoshi period race pipe kit for it, k and n, dynojet kit.
Put it altogether, rode it...
Promptly near shit myself and sold it next day.
The difference in power delivery was quite staggering and i realised i am a pussy.
Random one did you ever road race a two stroke ? Had friend who rode in 250 production on TZR 250’s and one had a reverse barrel version and raced in North Gloucestershire MCC fun times back in the day
