You can get an 7.9" (20cm) cable extender for your PCIe slot but you will still have to figure out a way to fit it inside the case somewhere. There sold on Amazon for about $20.00 USD.
That’s a good solution. But I decided to stay with integrated graphics and 60hz, it’s my secondary office computer. I already sold the videocard for $100 (what I paid for it). The only reason I wanted 100Hz is because the monitor supports it. I guess I ll just keep the monitor for linger than the computer unless i accidentaly get my hands on something slimmer
I am curious as to why you would need a video card in the first place, why not just use the onboard video? In most cases if you're just watching the occasional 4k movie and surfing which I do on my media PC Ihave two tvs connected one 55" 4k 120Hz and the other and older LCD 27" 1080p I use for surfing then net, emails, online videos on youtube you dont need a vid card on my Media PC using an AMD 5600g, and it supports 4k at 60 fps which is fine I even play the occasional older game like warframe, mind you it can get slightly laggy compared to my gaming PC, but It's able to play that game
@@alegreviews i had no idea it was so bad… being on AMD myself and before that I had an intel laptop, but it had a GTX 1050 GPU, so I’ve been oblivious. I. Surprised I haven’t heard more complaining about it… it’s surely warranted.
I think You are right especially on used market - it’s a great value. I was looking at newer 6400 and it’s kinda bad as well as 1030. Budget stuff are probably better off being bought used something of older generations
Intel has lost all faith from me in their brand. My 13900K was killed by their shoddy microcode, and my replacement 14900K is also dead and currently out for RMA due to the same issue.
@zackS11099 I think i9 13-14th are overstressed. 12th gen i9 works fine for most people. If you switch platforms - bigger investment and some work replacing motherboard and reassembling the whole computer
@alegreviews I've got no issues with rebuilding my unit, I've been assembling systems since I was eight years old. My old man ran a PC repair shop out of our home. I will not, however, settle for a worse experience, and provide intel with more money after their complete negligence and mishandling of the 13th and 14th gen issues.
@raychii7361 I was looking for low profile to fit in). So my choices were very limited. Turned out I needed to look at thickness, not only height. But overall office computer with integrated graphics and 60 hz is just fine. 3050 is like closer to $200, a380 was $100
It is still dual slot card. RX6400 has single slot variants that you can ever put it inside something like Minisforum MS-01
I agree. I should have compared apples to apples

its a onboard video with heatsink and fan
Faster than 1030 or 6400
Intel's come a long way, but they're still just the best display adapter

AMD Integrated Graphics ( even older one like in 5600G is much better than Intel’s ). This i5-13400 being a few years newer still only supports 60 Hz
@@alegreviews really? A 13th gen I GPU cant do > 60Hz? Wow… lame intel….lame.
Yep, I agree. And modern AMD integrated graphic can run circles around Intel’s.

why does this glorified hdmi port have such beefy cooling
Display port as well
Nice next Time Try The Gtx 1650 Super Its a really good Graphics card But Not as Good As Rtx But Its small
I think it will about as fast as Intel but more expensive, maybe a bit better. This ARC was $100 - nothing from Intel and AMD for $100 beats it

My 14th gen is working amazing and the issue was fixed with new microcode so it can never happen again. Best processor I have ever owned!
