Just a bit of constructive input: the techniques are fine but I’m not interested is using anything that looks like a knife, even if I’m just intending to just trying to stop aggression. If it looks to somebody, for instance, law enforcement, that I have a knife in hand, things could escalate quickly and maybe not in my favor. Still, it’s a legit tool to just blunt the offense without causing permanent harm.
