And even after the Hour of the Wolf Aegon II was considered the legitimate King, with Aegon III getting his claim not from Rhaenyra but from Daemon (being the most senior prince of the male line after alicents sons died)

There's theories there about Jace and Sara Snow by Mushroom but definitely not anything about Jace and Cregan. Definitely never heard any theory on any ASOIAF boards about them being romantically involved.
