シフトダウン時、シフトショックでガクンとなるのを防ぐためかと。
ブレーキで速度落としながら
シフトダウンする時
アクセル煽って回転数合わせてスムーズにシフトダウンする為じゃない？
シフトダウンのためにブレーキ踏みながら"煽る"のがヒールアンドトゥ
コーナーでアクセル踏みながら左足でブレーキを踏んで荷重を前に乗せるのが左足ブレーキって言います！
上のお二方はヒールアンドトゥのことを言ってます！
ブレーキしつつ、アクセル煽りダウンシフト、ですね。シフトショックで挙動乱さないため、かと。
