Great video Chant, it’s awesome when you have a nice officer and not a cranky one. I have never been inspected because I am government exempt, but at least you had a positive first inspection. Edit: I’ve been to the top of the Bass Pro Shop pyramid awesome time down there
What type of ELD do you have. Did they give you a hard time. I'm not sure if I'm using mine correctly. Can't really find a good tutorial on operating ELD
That was a "light weight inspection" unless you cut out a ton, wait until they send you to the PIT in Texas. Nicest officer in Minnesota has pulled me in tested all brakes and safety systems, went under the truck with a creeper, 10 miles from the drop off at a farm, took 45mins Farmer was thought you were going to be here an hour ago, would have been but got DOT, he told us some stories.
He was nice because u had all your paperwork up to date 😂.... Chants you might want to invest in a clipboard to keep your paperwork organized.... And don't be nervous! Your legit
Oh lucky, glad you got off with no Violation. In my city the cop cut off the vehicle behind Me to pull me over, made me do a breathalyzer at 8am and getting harassed if had a drink in 24hr and if I smoke. And goes through everything on truck and dump trailer.
I saw that too. lol guy on lift was a inexperienced too kept load high while traveling on uneven ground @ 9:40 . Way too much trust around heavy loads and straps for my comfort.

Clearly the camera angle is saying you are not in the driver seat?The seat blelt would be over your left shoulder if in driver seat not your right side. Must be nice to have a driving companion on those long trips.

What I used to do I used to take my license insurance and registration and clip then together like that when they ask for it I hand over everything at once

didnt realize they made you apply your parking brake and try to move...guess i need mine replaced before i get a level 1 haha
