yep, you need to use the savepoint after the credits and then load that save from the main menu, you can select any difficulty you like and your dogtags / unlockables will follow.
You need to stay near the back (where the cardboard box is) to get him to spawn and patrol into the room, if hes still not coming back go 3 maps away and come back

It's the guy who's surrounded by flies, because he's got a rotten ration on him. Not sure if it's supposed to be the same guard or if there are some variables I'm not aware of, but I was only missing one and that was him

I’m sure you figured it out but this comment will apply to you just in case as well as anyone else who reads this. 76 tags is stealth camo unlock for just the Tanker Raiden and Snake have individual tags (ex. if you play Tanker once on very easy and get all 23 tags, and then go in Plant and get all 43 tags on Easy, you will still only have 23/76 for Snake/Tanker) Make sure you’re loading the same save you’re completing every time or the tags won’t carry over. Just hit load game on whatever file you’ll use to collect them all then select difficulty and the section you’re playing in like normal
JimTheDarkSunBro Iv tried reloading a save before and it didn’t work. Give a try though and let me know what happens, check how many tags you have when you load the save, save points reload you from when you enter the room.
Just a reminder There are 4 soldiers in the tanker that won't give you their tags unless you shoot them with a real gun. You will have to come back and get the real gun and use it against them

Yeah but if you're clearing the lists by difficulty, you'll probably have Stealth by then so it won't matter.

Mate, you don't need to level up your grip gauge, just to shimmy over to the Marine. If your health is low, use a ration.
