This is a rare treat as I subscribe to both your channels. I too live in the UK and used to have a Japanese garden with a Koi pond that I built myself. Although very hard work, I found it relaxing and rewarding to do. I am now rebuilding the garden on a smaller scale and Martin regularly influences this. Good to see you on such fine form. Arigato.😁🙏⛩

Oh, there are many Japanese garden builders in UK. Please enjoy making your own garden.

I was told growing a low-maintenance Japanese garden took a lot of work. Is it possible to have a Japanese maple tree garden that is in containers? I want to do this on a large balcony. It is about 70 feet long and 16 feet wide. I have a LOT of deer around my home, so I want to try to do this on my balcony. I am looking for someone to design a dwarf maple tree balcony garden. They can be in Japan because somebody can work with me online.

I’m not the expert. But there is a small type of maple whose hight is about 5 feet. You can plant it in containers.
