    pushup-plus -- good for shoulder
    not protracting shoulders during bench -- bad for shoulder

    If you only care about your physique, the serratus anterior is definitely an important muscle

    How can i train the serratos and the pec minor? I want to get the maximal hypertrophy from all muscles that can make a visual difference.

    Do not train your hip flexors if you just want to do bodybuilding. There is no reason to build them in size because the are not visible and they also don't have the effect that the creator mentioned about the brachialis, the hip flexors are located between your lower back and your upper thigh and they are almost in the abdomen, they are not visible. You can Google it.
    Furthermore, its really bad to have tight/stiff hip flexors because they pull on your lower back and can surely hurt it.

      Most people already have shortened/tight and weak hip flexors from sitting so strething and stretching them at the same time is very beneficial for overall health

      @@simontscharf9613 that's very true. But as i said, if you just want to do bodybuilding, then no need for that. And also let's be real, a lot of muscles need to be stretched for bodybuilders, but they don't stretch them.
      So yeah if people want to train their hip flexors, then as you said, they need to stretch them.
