Train-spotting at Festival Mall Railway in Alabang

This is a bit semi-off topic... But every time I go and visit Festival Mall in Alabang since I was a little kid, I always enjoy looking and watching for the little train pass by on the mini railway in the mall, though I didn't have a chance to ride it when I was a little kid.
Also, the Festival Mall Railway a.k.a. FMR is also known for the first mall to have a real railway scene because of having the automatic crossing barriers, alarms and switches, it also uses real rails, wooden sleepers, ballasts, and a somewhat "3rd rail".
