Maybe PNR should think about cleaning their rolling stock everyday. I mean DEL 917's underbody is already dirty after 2 months. I also saw a tweet that DMU 06 is fully refurbished with the INKA livery. Hoping someone would film her soon.
Cleaning them may give a good first impression from ordinary folks, but a dirty machine doesn't really effect its performance big time. Heck, a bicycle's cadence needs to be lubricated regardless of mushy-black marks of grease on it.

Yup it's already happening rn try search for the NSCR project which a new PNR Commuter line that will upgrade and extends its current commuter service
