I've never played a Slime Against Humanity deck, but Doubling Season seems like it would give quadruple value? 'Thats a lot'a value', might be something there...
@@MTG_Creative_Combos And perhaps The Tale of Tamiyo might breathe life into the slim deck the way it did for Dimir poison? Replacing Founding of the Third path for slime self-mill.
Valkyrie's Call doesn't work with persist as you explain, as the creature comes back as an angel. And only non-Angels trigger the ability of valkyries call. You would need to repeatedly make the persist creature lose its angel creature type to go infinite.
Bah, if Valkyrie's Call didn't give a +1/+1 Counter, then it could go infinite with Unstoppable Slasher, but Slasher's own Return ability doesn't work if there's ANY kind of counter on it, including +1/+1. I'd say add a Solemnity to the mix, but that just goes infinite with Slasher + Sac outlet by itself- you don't even need the Valkyrie's Call. I guess you could remove the +1/+1 with Yawgmoth, but breaking him isn't exactly new, or difficult.
nice combos! Looking forward to the game play videos!
Ashroot animist with calamity is lethal i think, they give each other 4 power so 8+8 =16 damage total plus 4 from calamity
Think the first one makes the other (4+4) 8 power, then the other one gives the first one 12 power (4+8), so 20 damage lethal?
@@NapkinNostradamus yeah right forgot about that

Put Ashroot Animist in a Wulfgar deck, suit it up with a Blade of Selves, and have some fun.
Good idea! That sounds like a fun deck to build.
Kykar is a kitty with an option, but not necessarily better.
