I really love the deck! I think the plot mechanic is super cool and I haven’t seen many videos on it so this is nice. One tip I have though is to put a few basic lands in the deck for cards like boseju and field of ruin.

I saw this, loved it, and thought to add black. I know you were trying to avoid rares but the only rares I needed were the lands. By adding black you get to include gnawing vermin, snarling gorehound, hollow marauder, and no one left behind. With the no one left behind and gorehound you can use the rise of the varmints to mill the recruiter then reanimate it. I also added a few spine woods armadillo. It adds to the creature count, gains life and fixes mana. Either way it's a sweet deck and fun to play.

Calamity certainly seems fun. Did you have a chance to test the deck against MonoR/Boros? Seems like could be the most difficult match up as they can run you over before you ramp up

This is the kind of elegant boros equipment deck I've yearned for 😍

It's good for a budget version but it's really easy to interrupt, and it feels like it lucks ways of finding combo's pieces, some surveil lands are the first things that comes to mind, splashing some colors for more interaction also (blue? green?)

Trailblazing Historian is another crime generator it gives haste to any target so it can do that to an opponent creature in many situations the haste won't help it and you can tap it anytime. It's not better in realistic use than the Minister but can be good in some situations where you actually want haste for yourself sometime. Costs nothing to activate the ability but it's instant speed so you can do it off turn. It's 1R to play him though so that might be an issue.

I think these videos would be much more popular in this community if there was no dialogue audio

Is there any 2 mana blink permanent spells in standard? If so that would be a cool 2 drop, something to temporarily stop aggro creatures and blink your discover things/artifacts

This kind of deck is UW or UR. Three color no way. Many cards in this deck are useless like Assembler, Favor, Sniper, Thresher, Geological, Quintorius, Virtue and Seraph.

Instead of synthesizer my favorite deck uses 4x angelfire ignition and 2x temporary lockdown (and 1 goddrick), and before thunder junction it was excellent vs monored/boros aggro. Red prowess is too fast for it now unfortunately.
