Watchtower enjoys the free labor of many of our highly skilled brothers. I was one of them. I would have NEVER volunteered my skilled services to this money hungry organization had I known that if anything went wrong on the job site, I would be stuck with the medical bills. Not once was I ever advised that I would NOT be covered under workers comp should i get injured!

Precisely the same treatment any of us could expect if we were to walk into our old Kingdumb Halls to try to "regain Gee-HO-vuh's favor". Adrian in Portugal a few years ago a volunteer worker in the construction of a hall almost became paralyzed and was for some months unable to work and the cult had no insurance, no one helped him, disgust.

I highly doubt this is the case. Section 13.3 says he cannot obtain more than two owner-builder permits during any three year period. But he's been involved in this other build here: www.turlock.ca.us/_pdf/viewagendaminutes.asp?dept=Planning&id=387 I wonder if he's been involved in more builds, and how he pulled those permits.

So, Watchtower use a convenient waiver/loophole to circumvent site construction responsibilities but neglect to tell the volunteer worker flock the full situation. How calculating. How callous.
