    Sand cookies (approximately 15-17)
    butter 100g
    sugar powder 64g
    salt 1g
    egg yolk 14g
    egg white 17g
    cake flour 160g
    Almond Powder 20g
    * Prepare all ingredients at room temperature, excluding cold air
    ⓐ Prepare the yellow egg, white, and salt by mixing them in advance.
    ⓑ Beat in the butter.
    ⓒ Mix in the minced sugar.
    ⓓ Divide the pre-mixed eggs into two times.
    ⓔ Stir in the soft flour and almond powder.
    ⓕ Push it to 3mm and refrigerate it for 2 hours
    ⓖ After cutting, freeze while preheating.
    ⓗ Use smeg, 170℃ / 20 minutes preheating, 150℃ / 13-15 minutes~ Bake
    (Time and temperature may vary depending on the oven used.)
    ⓘ The baked cookies are cooled in a pan and then sanded.

    ⓑ After cutting, keep it sealed and refrigerated.
    salt caramel
    sugar 50g
    starch syrup 10g
    salt 1g
    heavy cream 60g
    butter 12g
    ⓐ Heat sugar and starch syrup over medium heat.
    ⓑ Mix the salt and whipped cream and heat it up.
    ⓒ When caramelization is complete, add the heated whipped cream and mix.
    ⓓ Combine room temperature butter in cooled caramel.

    헉 이 쿠키커터는 뭔가요! 너무 귀여운!! 쿠키커터 수집광 광광 울어요!! 귀엽다 했더니 치치공작소 쿠키커터였네용ㅋㅋ큐ㅠ 안그래도 샌드쿠키를 해보고 싶었는데 한번 도전해보겠슴당ㅎㅎ 예당님 팔미에 너무 맛있어서 또 만들어볼까 했는데 요것부터 만들어야겠네용😆🥰 오늘도 배워갑니다..❤

      노른자만 사용해도 가능합니다
      노른자만 사용하게되면
      부드럽게 잘 부셔지는 식감과
      고소한 맛이 진한
      쿠키로 완성됩니다
      아무래도 카라멜과 버터가 많이들어가
      리치하기때문에 노른자만 사용하시면
      맛이 진해질 수 있는 점
