It Is Quite Safe And Easy . Firstly, You Should Have A Strain Board To Hook Up With Conductor And Cross Arm On Which A Line Man , Who Is Hanging In You Video With Handline Rope Can Easily And Freely Move To The Hot End Also Using A Line Yard. instead Of Hanging. Secondly, The way You Have Disconnected The Disc Insulator Is Risky And Needs More Load On Your Chain Hoist which Will definitely Put You danger By loosing Chain Hoist Capacity By Taking Overload. You Can disconnect The Insulator String Firstly For Conductor End As You Did And Secondly From Tower Ends. But While Hooking Up The New Changed String, You Should Have Hooked It Up Firstly From Tower Side And Secondly From Conductor Side. I'm Mighty Sure By Using This Procedure, You Will Use A less Power To Run The Chain hoist. If Was Senior Supervisor Of Your Team I'll Ultimately Take Strict Action Against The Man Working On Ground , Who Have Not Tied Up The Insulator String With An Other Helping Rope To Avoid The Collision Of Disc Insulator String With Tower. Any way.. My Salutations Is For The Whole Tower men and Team. but I Suggest Never Compromise Your Safety , Always Use Your Coveralls And Safety Helmet and boots.
