  • This is the twelfth and final installment in my build series of the BB-63 USS Missouri - "Mighty Mo". I am showing excerpts from all the build steps I took to build the ship and the final result. Please watch the build installments for more details.
    I hope you like the build, and yes it is not perfect, but we are always learning. Please click the like button if you like it, and I do appreciate comments.
    The build is based on the 1/350 scale Hobbyboss 86516 kit with detail up sets from Pontos.

    Kenneth as always bitter sweet to see a completion video, it means that of course you have finished and so no more work on this one. But, a new build will be coming along. Wishing you all the best.

    • @NorwegianModellingBench
      @NorwegianModellingBench  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you 😊 It might have been raining outside 😉 No, it is part of the spray booth I use. The water curtain catches the overspray, so instead of going in the air filter the water catches it.

    Can you explain more on the problems with ScaleColors paint? I have a lot of their paint on the way. Customer service and wait time already have me doubting my purchase. Great job with the ship.

    • @NorwegianModellingBench
      @NorwegianModellingBench  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Certainly; it gives a lot of issues drying quickly on the needle (tip drying issue) and even inside the cup, adding retarder didn’t help, some of the colors do not adhere to the surface that well even with good primer - don’t get me started on the customer service and wait time - just awful. The owner even goes so far as he will just ignore you if you have problems. So find something else, there are a lot of good options. Thanks 😊
