    Congrats on bying a really good attachment to your hitachi. I have a 2016 komatsu pc78, with same size engcon on, just without the ec-oil. Got 6000 hours on the machine, and between 5000 and 5500 hours on the engcon. I grease it minimum once a day, depending on the work. What i find funny here in the comments is how everyone says it is a game changer, while here in norway we have been using tilt rotators for over 20 years. Rototilt are really good tilt rotators to, but engcon is just overall a bit stronger built. On my next machine i will have 3d gps and engcon with ec-oil :)

    The camera, with the wide angle lens really doesn't do these justice. For how big they actually are. Quite impressive gratz man!

    I basically never dig with the tooth bucket, that grading bucket digs great! It all depends on the soil type.

    Since you're getting all the specialty equipment you should get a Marooka for the low price of 100k. Keep up the good work Sam.

    Wow, that is very cool! At first I was wondering how they worked just after picking them up! That's really cool!! I'm a pack rat, I'd have to snag those 5/4 boards off the sides of those crates. Ya never know, lumber is expensive! 8) --gary

    Another great video Sam, I'm glad to see you adding new equipment. It's great to see that business is good. We haven't heard much about Grandma's truck lately, do you still drive it regularly? And whatever happened to the 24-valve engine, did you ever repair it?

    • @VBELTandSON
      @VBELTandSON  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you and I rarely drives grandmas truck. Maybe put two tanks thru it since restoring it. And the 24v is still unknown. I haven’t touched it. To much going on to get around to it

      @@henryoppermann134 its pretty easy to weld your own. If you make one without the wheel thing. Basically just 4 pieces of i-beams and a new attatchment. Way cheaper too. 👍

    question how does takeuchi compare to the kubato 80 you just got, size for size being equal

    • @VBELTandSON
      @VBELTandSON  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I had a 290. Sadly took it back to the dealer and bought the mecalac which out performs both of them but The 080 out lifts the 290 easily and felt way more stable. I really wanted a 290 but after running one on jobs I learn that the 080 was quite a bit better. Boom size is thicker on the 080 also

    • @VBELTandSON
      @VBELTandSON  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@johnwinsemius4423 I’d take the 080. Both smooth mulcher power are similar. Not quite enough but gets the job done
