I haven't worn a watch since December 1990 (yet am always on time), but this beautiful piece would lead me to reconsider. We have a Junghans Meister wall clock from the 50s, definitely one I want to keep in the family.
@@josefchristophrosel thanks. Seemed expensive for acrylic too. I'm glad they upgraded but kept the price. I noticed Glycine did a similar upgrade to the airman 36mm
Nice video, and I'm interested. However, you say in the video that the movement is an ETA 2892 base, but your website says it's a Soprod A10 base. Which is it? Looks like a Soprod to me.
I actually own this watch, in the papers that came with it says that it shares a movement with the Meister chronometer yet it isnt a chronometer itself. Why is that?
Club campus is a great watch but quite a different style than this. I think the Tangente, Orion (own one), Ludwig as being great other dress pieces for around 2,000 bucks. The alpha manual components are made in-house but it is essentially a Peseux 7001 so it stretches the limits of the term in-house. Still a beautiful caliber though. By the way, thanks for watching!

The watches junghans make are some of the nicest looking ones ones.
Edit: I think it might be the dial
Teddy - the Junghans website lists this model as having sapphire crystal.
They changed that lately. Afaik one with plexi ends with .00 (no longer produced afaik) and the updated saphire one with .02

My grandfather have this brand watch he bought it for 2 rupees Indian currency . Now may be the price 2lakh
2 rupee? what junghans with that price? I want it
1000 bloody dollars and plexiglass. I’m starting to think that should be illegal😂. It is pretty tho
In this Price range I would rather go for a nomos Club Campus: Solid inhouse movement, saphire crystal and 100m of water Resistance
